The Human Spirit

The human spirit is driven by our deepest longings to be completely understood and loved as we are. This is our home and serenity. We live for it, work for it, die for it, suffer and yearn for it, surrender to it and celebrate it. To help others succeed we do well to understand this and respond genuinely to their need. For ourselves we do well to seek this in God and recognize how it's absence drives our fears and anxieties. Humbly honoring the beauty of this lifelong hope is a source of Thanksgiving
