Lessons in Adaptive Learning for Leaders: Over the past 30 years we have worked with hundreds of organizations in the public and private sector and thousands of their leaders. In quiet moments, I have often privately observed two types of leaders. There are those who size the challenges they face to themselves. There are also those who size themselves to the challenges they face. The latter demonstrate one of the most critical skills of leaders, by their adaptive learning. These leaders are decidedly more effective as they develop and deploy strategies based on the circumstances they face rather than a personal style or singular approach. -Dave Ramey
