Being part of the business consulting profession and the so called transformation and change management world we are prone to sometimes meaningless pop phrases intended to capture some profound insight.
I prefer plain English but there is an expression I have found true in my own life, “ Repeat or Evolve “. It does seem that life presents us personally and professionally with choices, I would even say blessings, where we can move forward into an unknown moment or opportunity or return to where we once were. The safe or secure choice while comfortable may not be in our best interest. For me the unknown but different choice often reveals the beauty of a new horizon.
