Nancy Brady


Nancy Brady is Director of Human Resource Services for Strategic Leadership Associates.  Nancy is an experienced human resources manager with expertise in strategic business strategies, actions for workforce needs and development, talent management, and organizational development and learning.

Nancy’s work experience includes executive positions leading the human resource function for such organizations as CareSource, the Relizon Company, and LexisNexis.  Additionally, she held positions of increasing responsibility for Standard Register and MacDonald Motivational Research.  She stays current on human resource policies and practices as a member of the University of Dayton’s adjunct faculty in the Management Department of the School of Business.

Receiving a BA in Psychology and a BS in English Education from Ohio State University, Nancy has also earned a MS in Business and Industrial Counseling and has completed stage 1 coursework towards her MBA at Wright State University.

In her executive roles, she has led efforts to define an organization’s desired culture and create the environment for the successful change, created defined succession plans for all management and key individual contributors, implemented structured compensation programs, wellness, and cost containment initiatives.

Nancy’s experience gives her the distinct advantage of seeing the human resource function from a strategic view coupled with the ability to direct the practical application of policies, practices and executive.

She has achieved certifications from Stanford University Graduate School of Business’ Human Resources Executive program and the University of Michigan’s Human Resource Planning, Job Analysis and Compensation, and Pay Program Strategy and Design.

Nancy is Myers & Briggs MBTI qualified and Development Dimensions International (DDI) certified.  She is a certified arbitrator of the Dayton Better Business Bureau and has served as board member and volunteer for Junior Achievement, March of Dimes, and Executive Women’s Golf Association.
