Bill Williams is the Director of Business Services for Strategic Leadership Associates specializing in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, and Strategic and Training Management.  With 30 years of distinguished experience, Bill has lead operations, project development, finance, logistics and customer service for high-growth public and private sector organizations.  He received a B.S. in Human Ecology from Hampton University, Virginia and an A.S. in Food and Nutritional Science from the Community College of the Air Force.  He is a graduate of the Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Officer’s Academy and the City of Kettering Leadership Academy.

Bill has had repeated success guiding and motivating sizeable, cross-functional teams.  He is an innovative problem-solver with demonstrated success in operations management and service fulfillment for large customer contracts.  Described by his co-workers as a guy to call to “get it done,” he is a high achiever.  He even achieved the rank of Chief Master Sargeant by the age of 34, 7 years ahead of his peers and an honor bestowed on only 1% of the United States Air Force enlisted force.  You can count on him to bring both organization and efficiency to any company.

Prior to joining Strategic Leadership Associates, Bill excelled as an administrative manager of the implementation of a new centralized Business Services Centeer at WilmerHale, a litigation powerhouse in Kettering, Ohio.  He spearheaded their $2M facility construction project that was delivered 30 days ahead of schedule.  He directed the facility expansion from the initial 67 personnel to 250 assigned within 3 years.  He served as the General Manager of American Food and Vending directing their seamless operations at four-school locations and banquet event center.  He also served as the General Manager at Sodexho Healthcare Services in Cincinnati exceeding client budgetary goals and reducing costs by over 10% while supervising 50 employees.

He retired from the United States Air Force as a highly-decorated enlisted member with five Air Force Meritorious Service Medals, two Commendation Medals and two Achievement Medals.  He served at multiple locations throughout the U.S. and the Republic of South Korea.

Active in the local community, Bill is the Past President of the Dayton Association of Legal Administrators and longtime supporter of the Dayton Development Coalition, Homefull, and Kettering Backpack Program.  Bill organized an annual WilmerHale Dog Adoption community event for 5 years with SICSA, the Humane Society of Greater Dayton, and the Montgomery County Animal Resource Center.  Bill is a past Financial Secretary for the Knights of Columbus charitable organization.
