Tina Taylor

 

Tina M. Taylor is Strategic Leadership Associates Director of Human Resource Services. She has more than 20 years of experience in the human resources industry, with a strong record of creating and implementing programs throughout her career. Her experience  includes leadership roles as the Vice President of Human Resources for legal and financial services for national organizations.

She received her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dayton in International Management and Finance and graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management. She is licensed with the State of Ohio in Life and Health.

She is active in several non-profit organizations that assist private and small businesses.  She has been a Board of Advisor for the University of Cincinnati’s Goering Center for Private and Small Businesses where she also serves as the HR resource for educational program design and mentors new members.  She has recently been appointed as a Board Member for the Cincinnati Community ToolBank, an organization that provides resources for non-profits.
